Mindfulness

We begin each engagement planning session by crafting events customized to meet participants' specific growth needs based upon age range, occupation, or family role.

Practice

Each event is designed to guide participants in identifying trauma in their life, find their resiliency traits, and practice mindfulness in all their relationships.

Growth

We remain committed to our event participants by offering additional online sessions and coaching to support their continued resilience practices.

  • Even when work is intense and overscheduled, I turn to mindfulness practices that help me keep a clear focus on what matters. . . I never have a sense that things are spinning out. Fast-paced and unclear at times? Yes. But taking just a few moments using one of the practices I've learned through mindfulness coaching and training keeps my mind and body steady and present to what is happening. Sometimes, that means I simply become aware of how I can trust the process of being open to the expansiveness of opportunities rather than carry the weight of overwhelm.   • I attended Mindfulness Day a few weeks ago. From the moment I stepped into the room, I sensed an aura of kindliness and safety and instinctively knew I was where I needed to be. My greatest treasure arose from walking meditation and writing about it.
